Do you clean the whole yard?
We-Do-Doo will provide quality clean-up service to the areas your dog uses up to 1/4 acre. Additional yard sizes are available at an extra charge.
How long does the service take?
There are multiple factors that determine service length such as yard size, pet waste quantity, and being distracted by your cute pups. Although, average service time is between 10-15 minutes.
Does your service require a contract?
No. You can start, pause, and end your service at any time through your customer portal or by contacting us via email or phone.
Do I need to put my dog up while you're cleaning?
We love dogs! However, we recognize that all dogs may not love us. It’s their home. If they’re not comfortable with us then we simply ask that you place them inside for the short time we service your yard. Safety of our team and comfort for your pet are a priority.
Where will you dispose of the pet waste?
Pet waste disposal is an important part of protecting the environment, reducing odor and pests, and general public health. Both Pennsylvania and West Virginia classify pet waste as municipal solid waste which does not require special treatment. As such, we will bag the waste and place it in your trash bin or at your designated collection area.
** If you prefer that we remove the waste from your property and dispose of it at an approved waste facility, an additional removal fee of $10 per visit will apply to cover landfill fees. **
Do you provide pet waste removal year round?
We provide pet waste removal service year-round. Although, for the safety of our team, we will reschedule your service due to inclement weather when necessary.
How do you ensure my pet is safe and secure?
Your pet’s safety and security are a top priority. To ensure all dogs are safe, we disinfect our equipment and shoes between each service with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of disease. We take a picture of your closed gate after completing the service, so you know your pet is secure.
